CHRIS AUSTIN

President

Chris started C & T Lawns in 1999.  As the business grew and services were added, the company became C & T Landscape and Design.  Chris graduated from SMU with a B.A. in Marketing and lives with his wife in Colleyville.

ALAN BICE

General Manager

Alan joined C & T in 2015.  Alan has an extensive background in construction and is responsible for the day-to-day operations, as well as business development.  During his tenure, C & T has seen a 40% increase in revenue and he has been an integral part to both current and future success.

ERIC RAMIREZ

Director of Integrated Pest Management

Since 2014, Eric has overseen our IPM department and is responsible for the care of our clients' turfgrass, ornamentals and trees. Eric, in addition to working with our other applicators under his guidance, works tirelessly to create healthy landscapes, diagnosing harmful damage/disease and constantly educating himself on new treatment techniques.

CRISTY JERNIGAN

New Business Development and Lead Designer

Cristy joined our staff in 2018 and made an immediate impact through her exceptional design skills and her outstanding customer service.  With over 20 years experience working in corporate business development with national landscape companies, Cristy has brought her talents to C & T Landscape and Design to assist in our continued growth.

JUAN MENDOZA

Foreman

One of C & T's longest tenured employees, Juan began as a crew leader in 2004.  Juan, as many of our clients know, has the unique ability to diagnose and solve almost any problem, be it irrigation, landscaping or construction.  He is in charge of all the crewmen in the field and provides unmatched customer service.
